IMPACT

The nonprofit sector is the third-largest employer in the Greater Washington Region. By investing in nonprofit leaders, LeaderBridge strengthens organizations and plays an important role in creating positive and lasting change. Since its founding, LeaderBridge has supported local nonprofit leaders in advancing their professional goals and has helped leadership program providers integrate equity and inclusion practices into their programming and outreach.

Over the past five years, LeaderBridge has engaged over 150 leaders at more than 120 nonprofit organizations serving the Greater Washington region. These leaders are building a more robust nonprofit sector through their commitment to transforming the organizations and communities they serve.
