LEADERS

We believe in nonprofit leaders.  They are thought-leaders and change agents over-seeing organizations that directly impact the lives of children, adults, and families and contribute to our region's culture and our economy. Through leadership development programs and the alumni network, LeaderBridge seeks to build the power and representation of nonprofit leaders who identify as Black, Indigenous, Asian, Hispanic or Latinx, multiracial, and from other backgrounds underrepresented in leadership in the Greater Washington region. By listening directly to leaders, the LeaderBridge team curates programming to meet the requests, interests, and needs of rising, founding, and established nonprofit leaders.

Nonprofit leaders are the backbone of the nonprofit sector. Supporting their leadership is essential.

MEET THE LEADERBRIDGE NETWORK®

The Greater Washington region has a vibrant and diverse leadership landscape!

After participating in a LeaderBridge affiliated program, leaders are invited to become part of the LeaderBridge Network®. Alumni have access to exclusive resources, additional professional development opportunities, and most importantly, a group of peer nonprofit leaders that serve as thought leaders, sounding boards, and points of connection in their leadership journey. As we grow, our hope is to facilitate these connections enabling LeaderBridge alumni to grow as a network.

We encourage you to learn about the leaders shaping our region's nonprofit sector!
