From March to July, four leaders are participating in Leadership Greater Washington’s in-person Rising Leaders Program in partnership with LeaderBridge. Rising Leaders is for mid-career professionals who will learn through sessions on leadership and self-awareness, networking and relationship building, providing feedback, presentation skills, and managing up. Sessions are facilitated by the Careerstone Group.
LeaderBridge is pleased to welcome these leaders to the Network: Tommy Amal of Capital Youth Empowerment Program, Malisha Cooper-Suggs of Spark The Journey, Christina Sessoms of Youth Guidance-DC and James Watkins of HumanitiesDC. The LeaderBridge Network consists of nearly 150 leaders who are making an impact in the Greater Washington region, including 32 leaders who have completed the Rising Leaders Program since 2016.
