Topics will cover board management, staff engagement, major donor cultivation, strategic planning, and more. The cohort is designed for current Executive Directors at local nonprofits who identify as people of color or from diverse backgrounds. This cohort meets every other week for three-months with the option to extend to an additional three-months (for a total of six-months).
